The prices are in US funds, $200 background check and $100 cleaning fees included. $20 parking sticker will be required on site.

Payment
For all reservations, 30% of total cost is required at the time of reservation and the full payment is required 30 days prior to check-in date.
The options for payment are credit card ( via VRBO/HomeAway site), Direct deposit in US account, Paypal, Bank Draft or check.
Cancellation
In the case of a cancellation 90 days or more prior to the check in date $250 of the deposit will kept for compensation. In the case of a cancellation between 31 and 90 days prior to the check-in date 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed. In the case of a cancellation between 0 and 30 days prior to the check-in date 0% of the deposit will be reimbursed.
